Carlos is a native of Prescott, Arizona. Carlos graduated with a degree in Architectural Design and has an extensive construction and civil engineering background. This enables him to assist contractors and clients in all practical applications of the design concept from initial site planning, schematic, rendering, and complete working construction documents.
Carlos strives to make the design experience a positive and enjoyable one for his clients. As a result C. Leyva Design, Inc. has many return clients and referrals.
We began our relationship with Leyva Design in 2007 when we met Carlos at a builder/ designer open house. We were in the process of designing our first home in Prescott, and although we had the opportunity to meet many designers, we had an immediate connection with Carlos. We were moving to Prescott from out of state, didn’t know anyone here and were apprehensive about the process. Carlos put us at ease immediately. We began discussing ideas, which continued long distance after we returned home, and before we knew it we had the concept of a plan.
We relocated to Prescott in 2009 and began the building process. Carlos stayed with us every step of the way, always being available for questions or concerns and often making site inspections to assure our home was being built as designed.
Over the past several years we have become friends with Carlos and his wife Linda, and consider them to be some of the most genuine and honest people we have ever met.
So, are we pleased with the level of quality and service that we received from Leyva Design?
In 2017 we sold our home and are in the process of building our second Leyva Design home. We can’t wait to see the finished product.
